To design a premium, display-worthy pack for the Lunar New Year edition of Crystal Head Vodka that celebrates creativity, precision, and originality.
Four unique structures were created, each expressing a different balance of luxury and tactility. From the faceted Hex Lantern and Slanted Window concepts to the more traditional and wood-based options, every design aimed to showcase the bottle while enhancing interaction and shelf impact.
The creative direction drew on the phases of the moon, exploring contrasts between light and shadow. This theme informed the geometry, textures, and materials, creating packaging that felt both mysterious and refined.
Each concept explored precision engineering through paper-wrapped rigid boards, vacuum-formed fitments, magnetic closures, and exposed die-cut edges. The materials and mechanisms were carefully chosen to balance craft, protection, and production feasibility.
